1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and purchase of all products and services offered by Alexander Renee Design (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to the Influence to Income Mastery System and its related digital products—Influence to Income Blueprint, Pitch It Like a Pro, Present It Like a Pro, and Pitch, Partner, Profit—as well as any associated coaching calls or sessions (collectively, “Offerings”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Offering, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, access, or use our products or services.

2. General Provisions

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our Offerings.

Your continued use of our website or participation in our Offerings constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with the “Effective Date” above indicating the latest revision.

3. Digital Products

All products under the Influence to Income Mastery System umbrella are digital and delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
Access instructions are provided via email following successful payment. Access is tied to your personal account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Coaching Calls

As part of certain Offerings, you may receive one or more private or group coaching calls.
By booking or participating in a coaching session, you agree to the following:

Scheduling: Coaching sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe outlined at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations forfeit the session without refund.

Confidentiality: While we maintain the confidentiality of coaching conversations, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of group settings or online platforms.

Results Disclaimer: Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. No guarantees are made regarding specific business or financial outcomes. Your success depends on your implementation, effort, and unique circumstances.

Recording: Sessions may not be recorded, distributed, or shared without written consent.

5. Payment & Access

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless a payment plan option is explicitly provided.

For payment plans, you authorize automatic recurring charges until all installments are paid.

Access to your digital materials or coaching may be revoked if payments are missed or declined.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and time-based nature of our Offerings, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once access is granted or a coaching session has occurred.

7. License of Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for personal, educational purposes only.
You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute any product, template, or workbook.

Use content to create derivative works, coaching programs, or training materials for sale.

Remove or alter any copyright notices.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, videos, templates, and designs associated with Alexander Renee Design and the Influence to Income Mastery System are the exclusive property of Alexander Renee Design.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

9. Confidentiality & Client Conduct

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during coaching or within our materials.
You also agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all interactions. We reserve the right to terminate participation in coaching or community spaces for inappropriate behavior without refund.

10. Disclaimers

Our Offerings are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not make any guarantees regarding business outcomes, financial results, or success.
You are solely responsible for your results and decisions. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our products or coaching services.

11. Technology & Access

We make every effort to provide reliable digital access, but we are not responsible for third-party platform outages, technical failures, or issues with your internet connection or devices.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing materials or receiving coaching constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit evidence of product access and communication to the payment processor or credit institution.

13. Termination of Access

We may revoke access to materials or coaching without refund for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, abusive conduct, or payment failures.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.
If resolution is not reached, the matter shall be settled through binding mediation in Atlanta, Georgia before pursuing any legal action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements—verbally or online—about Alexander Renee Design, its products, or its team. Constructive feedback should be directed to [email protected].

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the full and complete understanding between you and Alexander Renee Design.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
